Mr. Dilip Kumar Sultania established Layon International in 2006, bringing with him years of experience and insight from the trading business. Though he began the scrap business with zero knowledge of the market and industry, his vision and courage to explore new sectors became the cornerstone of the company’s foundation. Under his leadership, Layon International has emerged as a trusted name in aluminium scrap imports and non-ferrous metal trading, serving a wide network of suppliers and customers. Guided by ethical practices, disciplined operations, and a strong sense of commitment, the company has steadily grown over the years. Mr. Sultania’s perseverance and vision continue to drive Layon International towards greater achievements and long-term growth.

Mr. Harsh Sultania joined Layon International in 2017 as a Director, carrying forward the legacy of growth with a modern outlook. With strong management skills, he has introduced new-age systems and processes that have enhanced efficiency and ease of doing business within the company. Since his joining, the company has been scaling up its business, expanding its reach and strengthening its market presence. He oversees finance, operations, and statutory regulations, ensuring that the organization remains well-structured, compliant, and future-ready.
